 In society today, technology plays an important role in people's lives and in businesses and organizations around the world.Most technologies existing today were designed to expedite the way we manage, store, handle, analyze, and communicate information. It has evolved over many years and the beginning of it can be traced back to the Industrial Revolution where machines began to replace the manual labor of skilled workers. Since then, technology has brought about many changes that have affected businesses and people both in a positive and negative manner. However, getting employees and managers to accept it hasn't always been an easy task.Even when employees think technology is a good idea, many don't take to it naturally. The reason that employees resist change with technology varies from employee to employee. Whether they are concerned about how foolish it can make them look, don't understand the need for it, or worried that it could be replacing them in the future.

When you think of Marketing and Technology,well Marketer's uses certain types of technology to improve an organization or business. One of the purposes of incorporating certain types of technologies when dealing with marketing is to: improve customer acquisition and retention, design loyalty programs, and initiate cross-selling and up-selling. Most organizations have a database that includes current and prospective customers. If they don't and outside company is hired to develop one as well as manage it. Technology today has made an impact in our everyday lives. Technology offers many advances in the world. One of the areas of impact is in the field of education. An important technological advance has been movies and videos. Some would say these have become vital teaching tools. Technology as a whole has made way for several new conventions, some good, and some bad. While there are several advantages to using technology to enhance education, there are also several disadvantages. Technology as it is used today can improve the knowledge a student attains. However, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
If technology is used in the right ways, it can enhance a student's learning. The internet offers many forms of media that combine text, audio, visual, graphic and self-motivated elements.These multiple forms of media present knowledge in several different ways.

Technology is a broad concept that deals with a species' usage and knowledge of tools and crafts, and how it affects a species' ability to control and adapt to its environment. In human society, it is a consequence of science and engineering, although several technological advances predate the two concepts.However, a strict definition is elusive, technology can refer to material objects of use to humanity, such as machines, hardware or utensils, but can also encompass broader themes, including systems, methods of organization, and techniques. The term can either be applied generally or to specific areas: examples include "construction technology", "medical technology", or "state-of-the-art technology".

The human race's use of technology began with the conversion of natural resources into simple tools. The prehistorical discovery of the ability to control fire increased the available sources of food.

In today's world, technology is constantly changing from a new paperclip to an improvement in hospital machinery. Technology lets people improve the way they live so that they can preserve their own personal energy and focus on the really important factors in life. Some people focus their energy on making new innovations to improve transportation and the health of people that may save lives and some people focus on making new designs. Technology is significant in everyone's life because it rapidly changes what is in the market. But, some new innovations of technology are ridiculous because they serve no purpose in helping mankind.
 This is how we live, describes all the examples of ridiculous innovations of technology, omitting how technology does help mankind, saying that technology is negative for mankind, and basically eliminating all the positive that technology has to offer.I believes that technology is hurting the people because requires hardly any physical activity and it tortures us.

Technological progress has merely provided us with more efficient means for going backwards. It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity. In our world today, people have put reading, and books, behind them. They have lost focus on an extremely important learning method. Reading not only helps us to learn vital information, but it also allows us to use our imagination. We have begun to call books words like: outdated, useless, and old school. Most of us look at computers and new technology as the latest way to spend our down time and relax. We are becoming lazy. Our whole lives have become encompassed by the world of quicker, more advanced technology.I believe that if  saw how my friends and I live our lives and 'how they are revolved around technology' he would not be surprised at all about his findings.

One of the more demanding challenges of educational is the selection of the right combination of technology for multiple educational objectives. Every place is different. Every student has his or her individual needs and interests. Various curricula require different technological approaches. We still think that the only way to educate is to put an adult in a room more than 10 to 15students, but with educational technology a great deal can be done with machines, particularly in higher education, where students have already learned the initial, fundamental intellectual skills.By action they themselves perform, sometimes by thinking, sometimes by practicing, often by a combination of both thinking and motor coordination. In most cases, teachers cannot perform those actions for students; students must teach themselves, and teachers can only stand by to offer assistance.With Educational technology its enhances the learning opportunities by demonstrating how certain actions should be done.

Certainly technology has always impacted both students and teachers in the classroom. The invention of Guttenberg’s printing press in brought the printed word to the masses and made learning more accessible to the common man. The introduction of the pocket calculator professionals and students from the slide rule and made learning and performing mathematical calculations much less time consuming. Fast forward to today and the technological opportunities are stunning. Students today carry around cellular phones that are far more powerful and magnitudes smaller in size than many of the first computers. Too often many of these technologies, cellular phones, personal music and portable video game systems are seen as distractions in the classroom. However there is an upside; there exist many technologies which have the opportunity to significantly impact the instructional experiences of all students.Information is now avialable in new and exciting ways.

 Communication technology must be used in some form within today's organizations. Companies can no longer function effectively without the use of some type of communication technology. From e-mail, intranet, internet, teleconferencing, cell phones, fax machines, and voice mail, organizations have overcome some of the limits with face-to-face communication.In the hospital setting, many forms of communication technology are used. Doctors will fax patient orders to the various departments and medical reports will be faxed to physicians upon completion. Many of the phones within the hospital have voice mail so messages can be left either internally or from outside the organization.The majority of the computers also have internet access which is monitored by Web Sense. Teleconferencing is a form of communication the laboratory is beginning to utilize. It has been used for continuing education and to help answer questions.

Technology is defined as “the application of knowledge to extend human capabilities by equipment or a technique for performing a particular activity”. Technology has become very important part of our lives. I believe that technology in our lives is leading us to Eden. An Eden is a place of complete bliss and delight. This is because if it were not for technology our work would not be as efficient or productive. New technologies and innovations became our necessities and we cannot live without them now that they have been introduced in our lives. Invention is a gale of creative destruction, and those gales lead to changes in the economy and then in society. Old inventions are being replaced by new inventions that are easier to use and that are safe. Jacques Ellul thinks we have lost our freedom to technology and that we are being dehumanized. Instead with the advancement in technology, we have more freedom to choose and decide what technology to use for certain tasks. we are able to make more things uesing technology.

Wireless technology has become the wave of the future. From cellular phones to wireless point of sale devices, wireless networks and technology is all around us. In order to jump on the wireless train, one must first understand the different standards. To properly and safely utilize wireless technology the user also must understand the various types of wireless security. Once grasping these technologies and standards, anyone can implement a wireless network in their home.
Wireless networking standard, which is the most common consumer based standard.Which is common with most cordless land line telephones and some microwave ovens. There are not really many problems with interference however because you can choose different channels. The speed that is supported by this standard is pretty average at but is relatively slow  that is common amongst wired networks.

With all the technological advancements and ingenious inventions our culture and world have been introduced to, it is difficult to remove ourselves from what we are accustomed to and what our expectations are of technology, in order to dwell on what technology really is. Technology, to many, may be any appliance that uses a battery or has to be plugged into an outlet in the wall in order to work. When a person thinks of writing technology, similar thoughts may take place. Society has become comfortable with the great technology that is part of our every day lives, such as the computer or a palm pilot, we tend to forget what came first.
 It is quite easy to understand why Socrates and others throughout history believed writing would be detrimental to society and the human mind.This discover of yours will create forgetfulness in the learners’ souls, because they will not use their memories; they will trust to the external written characters.

The ill effects of the modern technology can not be disregarded. Since the technology makes it in reality that students can obtain unexhausted information, some useless or even inaccurate information is also received by students. As a result, students need to distinguish which is valuable while which is just of no use. Also, while the development of technology, the internet is filled with thousands of games that may draw the students' attention and make them spend much time on the games. In that case, it is not possible for students to achieve rich useful information or grasp the information fast.
I agree with the idea that student can learn more information and learn it more quickly with the help of modern technology to some extent. However, unless the technology can help the students to sift the information and the students can stop themselves from entertaining with the convenience that technology brings all over the time.

TECHNOLOGY

While the development of the modern technology, our lives have changed a lot. In the respect of study, some people believe the high developed technology has made the learning more quickly and people have the ability to achieve more information, while the other people disagree with this point. In my opinion, the modern technology does help students learn more information and learn it more quickly to some extent, but the disadvantages of the modern technology also can not be ignored.
 The modern technology makes it more easily for students to obtain more information, and students can use the modern tools to understand the information more quickly.The long distance classes on the internet made it possible that I could learn as much as I can in a single day, and whenever I met with a problem of the course I could stop by and search the internet for further explanation so that I could learn the course better.Therefore the modern technology can help us a lot on the way of learing.

YUDHISTHIRA'S WISDOM

The story may be trying to tell us somthing about the importance of patience,obedience to gods,wisdom and right conduct.If Yudhisthira had lacked these qualities,all the Pandava brothers would have been lost.The story stresses the right justic and fairness more than other things.Likewise,the story suggests us to be courgeous and the give up anger,pride and desire to live a happy and healthy life.
After reading this story,i found many useful things for life.However,there are also some disagreeable
ideas.Do the gods exist? If so,what is proof of the existence? Can we truly say that patience and right condoucts are rewarded on this earth? was the right conducts of people like secrates,Gandi and Martin Luther king rewarded while they lived?And what about Yudhisthira's replies to Yaksha?Do such complicated question really have so simple answers?Would morden people belive that the sun shines by the power of God?Is courage the best weapon against danger?Would life be worth living without desire so,I don't agree with the writer totally.
When I read this story,I found many things usefull for my life.I understood the importantce justice,and right condouct.I will also try to be like Yudhisthira.However,I will not give up all my desire if they are withwin my reach.

YUDHISTHIRA'S WISDOM

One day the Pandava brothers went far from their dwelling place in search of deer in jungel.They saw a deer and followed it but the deer vanished.They felt very tried and thirsty.Yudhisthira could not walk any further.they also could not find any sign of water around them.So Yudhisthira sent Sahadeva to search water.Sahadeva went from there but he did not come back.Yudhisthira became worried and he sent Nakula.but Nakula also failed to return.Then Yudhisthira sent Bhima and Arjuna one by one.When they also did not return,Yudhisthira went himself following their foot steps to know what had happened to them.After some time he came to a clearing.He saw a beautiful pool where he saw the lotuses smiling at the sun.The water of the pool fresh,cool,and inviting.But at the same time,he saw another terrible scene.His all brother were lying on the bank of the pool.Their eyes were closed.
Yudhisthira became mournful.He prayed the god to take him also because he could not live without his dear brothers.He cried bitterly.However,he could not his thirst.When he bent down to drink the water,the sound of the Yaksha ordered him that he could not drink the water until the answered his questions.He had given the same order to the other pandava brothers but they had ignored it and he had cursed them.However,Yudhisthira was very wise and patient.He requested the Yaksha to  ask his questions and promised that he would answer them as well as he could.
The yaksha asked him many questions that he answered sincerely and rightly.The yaksha was very much impressed by his replies and he promised to revive on of his brothers.Yudhisthira was very just,fair,truth and wise.So he requested the Yaksha to save nakula,the son of his step mother.The Yaksha was even more impressed by yudhisthira's wisdom,justic snd fairness.
So he decided to save all yudhisthira's brothers.he appeared before yudhisthira as yama,yudhisthira's heavenly father,the god of justice and death.he revived all the brothers of yudhisthira.he also advised them to remember him in future difficulties.Then he suggested them to go to matsya with Draupdi and spend the rest exile period there.
